Concerns about Ivy Bridge
So the latest processor from Intel is coming out - the Ivy Bridge. Would you guys get one yourself? But there is an issue though, according to our news, there would be shortage of supply from Intel. Any thoughts?

Any thoughts? ![]() The shortage in supply is a little bit intriguing for intel might be using it to drive prices higher. Either way, i guess we just have to wait and see in the coming months. ![]()

Maybe, but not in the near future. I'd probably wait for prices to go down or my processor to breakdown. and it's best practice to wait for the prices to stabilize and the product itself, remember the first gen sandy bridge which has issues with it. |

And don't forget the freakin' heat issues. Might as well wait for the next revision to come out.

Sirs, I read here that some Z77 motherboards from Gigabyte may have compatibility issues with some Ivy Bridge Processors
