You may try to look for someone who has a working Dell Dimension 8200 or motherboards with RDRAM support like the Intel D850MV and D850GB (boards with the Intel 850 chipset with RDRAM support).

Thus the sticker can be use as PROOF of the DATE?
It says 12/19/01...

Can anyone help me to test this Rambus, I should have kept that old desktop!

I just sold that old desktop a month ago to magkakariton!....

my Kingston SDRAM PC133 128mb

when i saw the HardWareZonePH timeline in facebook the "Retro RAM: Quest for the Oldest Kingston Memory Module"i rushed to our bodegaand look for the "Jurasic PC intel PENTIUM iii" and it took me whole day to make the system run and installed it with Windows 98SE and used the earliest version of CPU-Z.
well here it is!

well no need to do the painstaking process of ressurecting my old rig in 2003. we may have a winner here.

my first kingston ram

Took me almost two weeks to assemble and make the system running. This is the specs of my first pc which runs Lotus 123 back then, but I installed Windows XP since I don't have a Lotus installer.



Week 43 / Year 2001

cool I've never tried running XP on my pentium III. but you did it with pentium II @ 350MHz..

i have to try it... =]

^ your Pentium III will sure run on XP but for sure it will be a bit laggy. ^_^
