Post Giada Launches Mini PC i56

Shenzhen JIEHE Technology Development Co., Ltd., launched its latest Giada Mini PC i56. The i56 comes with its book-size figure, very slim, and stylish shell with an intricate pattern. Standing upright on a small and trendy base stand, it has a very tiny footprint, thus allowing it to be placed just about anywhere. Its small book-size dimensions doesn’t mean that it lacks on performance, thanks to the latest hardware tucked under the bonnet.

The i56 is an improvement over the i53 in terms of hardware. This mini PC is powered by the latest Intel's 4th Generation Core i3/i5 processors based on Haswell U microarchitecture, which are 13% faster than the previous generation based on Ivy Bridge, but consume less power. Its 4GB of DDR3L RAM ensures that the system will keep running smoothly even while running memory-intensive applications. It comes with a 500 GB 2.5" SATA III hard drive, which provides ample storage space for all your data needs. Business users will benefit from the Trusted Platform Module built into the system, which provides hardware-level data security.

Graphics is handled by the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400, which is fully DirectX 11 compatible, thus allowing for smooth 3D gaming. In fact, it is 35% faster than Ivy Bridge. Additionally, it can easily render not only 720p and 1080p, but even Ultra HD 4K (4096 x 2160) content via its HDMI 1.4b port on to a big screen HDTV. An integrated memory card reader, allows you to watch your fond memories from your camera/mobile's memory card. Together with its DVD drive and 5.1-channel digital audio support, this little PC is capable of delivering immersive entertainment. The Smart Fan cooler ensures that it works silently. The I56 can even be connected to an older PC display via external VGA port.

Its low power consumption feature can also be used to use it as your download rig to download all night without having to worry about noise, heat, and electricity cost. Speaking of network connectivity, the unit has Gigabit Ethernet port as well as Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n for wireless connectivity. Bluetooth is also present to connect compatible devices. Ultra high speed data transfers are possible between peripherals, thanks to a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 port in addition to four USB 2.0.
