At first glance, the Transcend JetRam looks like a simple memory module without having a heat spreader on top of it. But still, there are chances you’ll be able to give it a little push for slightly better performance if you’re using a motherboard that supports memory overclocking.
Performance
The JetRam manages to hit stable decent fps for every game we play using it and the temps don’t dip too high so even with the absence of XMP Profile, you can still play without worrying of your fps being dropped especially when your motherboard can handle its 2666mhz clock speed.
Pros
Cheaper price
Doesn’t get hot easily
Good Optimization
Cons
No PCB Heat Spreader
Conclusion
Even without the Black Colored PCB we used to see in so-called “gaming memory module” still, we can include the Transcend JetRam as one of our choices when buying memory modules because it also gives a great performance when used for gaming and can manage to tone down its temperature.
