Less than two months after the 10.1-inch
MyPad 3 surfaced on the Internet, MyPhone silently introduced another tablet in the form of the MyPad 4. Sporting a display smaller than that of the
MyPad 3, the MyPad 4 comes with a 7.85-inch touchscreen (1024 x 768). Powering the tablet is a MediaTek MT8389M quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz with 1GB RAM. The device runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS, has 8GB onboard storage, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and an 8-megapixel main camera that can record 720p videos. One of the key selling points of the MyPad 4 is its phone function, which is supported by means of its single SIM slot. On the connectivity front, the tablet also supports 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, and Wi-Fi. Measuring 204 x 136 x 9mm, the MyPad 4 is equipped with a 4500mAh battery. Similar to other recent models of MyPhone smartphones and tablets, the MyPad 4 also features
TARA, an application with anti-theft mechanism. The MyPad 4 costs PhP 9,988.
